1. WHO WE ARE
DailyRep ("DailyRep," "we," "us," or "our") is a habit tracking application for athletes. You can reach us at hello@dailyrep.app.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide
- Email address — collected when you join the waitlist or create an account. Used for authentication and product updates.
- Birthday (optional) — if you choose to provide it, used solely to personalize your experience (e.g., age-appropriate features). Never used for advertising or shared with third parties.
- Location — city, state/province, country (optional) — if you choose to provide it, used to localize content and connect you with athletes in your region. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Habit and activity data — the activities you create, your weekly commitments, daily check-ins, and streak history. This is the core data that makes the app work.
Information collected automatically
- Device information — device type, operating system version, and app version, used for debugging and compatibility.
- Usage data — which features you use and how often, collected in aggregate to improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity for advertising purposes.
Information we do not collect
- Precise GPS or real-time location
- Payment card numbers (processed directly by Apple/Google)
- Contacts, photos, or microphone access
- Any data from children under 13
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To create and manage your account
- To provide, maintain, and improve the DailyRep app
- To send you product updates and launch notifications (you can opt out at any time)
- To respond to your support requests
- To understand how the app is used so we can make it better
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only as follows:
Service providers
Supabase — our backend infrastructure provider stores your account data (email, profile, habits) in a secure database. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
Business transfers
If DailyRep is acquired or merges with another company, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
5. DATA RETENTION
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — update or correct inaccurate information in your account settings or by contacting us
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt out of emails — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email we send

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)
DailyRep is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us at hello@dailyrep.app.
8. SECURITY
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure database access controls provided by Supabase. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly if a breach affects your data.
9. INTERNATIONAL USERS
DailyRep is operated in the United States. If you access the app from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using DailyRep, you consent to that transfer. If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your data on the legal basis of contract performance and, where applicable, legitimate interests.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of DailyRep after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
