DailyRep is a habit tracking app designed specifically for athletes. It helps you build consistency through weekly commitments, daily scheduling, streak tracking, and positive reinforcement. The app focuses on the process—showing up every day—rather than just outcomes.

DailyRep launches with hockey-specific activities and categories, but the app is designed for all athletes. You can create custom activities for any sport—basketball, soccer, baseball, swimming, track, or any training discipline. More sport-specific templates are coming soon.

Unlike generic habit apps, DailyRep is built around an athlete's weekly training cycle. You commit on Sundays, schedule activities across your week, and reflect on your progress. The app reinforces identity through affirmations and focuses on consistency over perfection.

DailyRep is currently in development. Join the waitlist to be notified when we launch on iOS. Android support is planned for a future release.
